- Services: Assessment, Design & Integration, Planning, Installation & Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshooting. These services are available both onsite and via remote login.
- Support: We are expert at providing remote Level 1 and Level 2 support for these (former Sterling) products. We can handle everything short of code changes (maintenance updates), and we can provide answers to questions and troubleshooting help in a timely manner.
- Training: We provide training in the IBM Sterling Managed File Transfer related products.
Our expert team of Sterling product specialists (staff, affiliates, and associates) can bring to bear well over 100 years of experience to installing, configuring, and maintaining Managed File Transfer and Business-to-Business Integration systems.
